Quite often I have the members, in turn, read out loud the rules for brainstorming as stated on page 70. Thus, in their own words by repetition, the fact is impressed on the members that this is a green-light session. I usually display a green traffic light or a green circle of cardboard to dramatize the idea. We have gone through extensive research and reading to produce this article on motivation.
