Some interesting facts on motivation. motivation are interesting to read about. This is what prompted us to write an article on motivation for you to read. The nose for needs Now that we think about it, motivation are not actually that difficult a topic to write about. Just looking at the word, ideas form in people’s minds about the meaning and usage of motivation. Let the Johnson & Johnson Company tell a story about a nose for needs: It was a great joke in the Order Department of Johnson & Johnson. Five thousand rolls of surgical tape ordered by a druggist in Detroit who couldn't sell that much tape to all the hospitals in the city. He had probably added an extra zero by mistake, suggested someone. Send him 500 rolls. Back came an indignant telephone call from the druggist. He had o dered 5000 rolls. Why only 500? He needed the rest of the shipment and fast. The Sales Department lost no time in sending their Detroit representative to determine the reason for such an order. The salesman's report was brief and to the point. An auto-body manufacturer was buying the surgical tape at the rate of 200 rolls a week—he had found a practical answer to masking two-tone paint jobs. That was the beginning of Permacel Tape Corporation. From this one clue, Johnson & Johnson realized the great possibilities for pressure-sensitive tapes in industry. The problem of exploration and development was turned over to one of the Johnson (7 Johnson subsidiaries, the Revolite Company, who were then making waterproof sheeting. Research indicated that there were a great many ways for pressure-sensitive tape to serve industry—to improve products—to cut down costs and speed production. The indicated potential justified the formation of the Industrial Tape Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary. Production started in 1937 and permacel and texcel were introduced to the market. During the first three years, it was necessary to add more and more space, and increase facilities to meet a growing demand. In June, 1940, plans were approved for one of the most modern industrial plants in the United States. Give yourself a momentary pause while reading what there is to read here on motivation. Use this pause to reflect on what you have so far written on motivation. Keeping to the point is very important when writing. So we have to stuck to motivation, and have not wandered much from it to enhance understanding. Anticipating continued growth, these plans provided for an 80 per cent increase in future production. In March of 1941, the new plant was opened, but the demand for permacel and texcel was so great that it already far exceeded the entire maximum capacity of the plant, including the 80 per cent planned expansion. New additions to the plant were started immediately. Since then this plant has more than tripled in size. The thousands of uses for pressure-sensitive tapes under so many varied conditions call for highly technical and scientific research. These laboratory tests are constantly improving quality, solving new problems, and producing tapes exactly suited to particular needs. As plant facilities expanded and new uses for tape developed, it was necessary to substantially expand the Research Department. By 195.2 when the ultramodern laboratories of Johnson 6- Johnson were completed, a whole new wing was set aside for pekmacel and texcel research exclusively. The acceptance of permacel has made it advisable to change the name of the company to permacel Tape Corporation. Its main plant covers fifteen acres, and today this company is a leader in the manufacture of pressure-sensitive tapes—an industry that has grown from an idea to a volume of more than three hundred million dollars a year. We are satisfied with this end product on motivation. It was really worth the hard work and effort in writing so much on motivation. Do not judge a book by its cover; so don’t just scan through this matter on motivation. read it thoroughly to judge its value and importance. They had a nose for needs. The Polaroid Company, manufacturers of the fabulously successful Land camera, which takes a picture and produces the finished product in a minute, is a prime example of a company which has grown by its nose for needs. The presentation of an article on motivation plays an important role in getting the reader interested in reading it. This is the reason for this presentation, which has gotten you interested in reading it! They've pushed their camera as a novelty at conventions, a must at family gatherings, showing how a Polaroid camera can be used at charity benefits, church gatherings, fairs, carnivals, fund-raising booths. The more interesting an article, the more takers there are for the article. So we have made it a point to make this article on motivation as interesting as possible! They proved that this camera can be used to advantage to record instrument readings during test nights at the United Airlines maintenance base, and by an antique dealer in New York who uses the Land camera when he locates pieces for interior decorators in other cities. In a minute he has pictures of the piece in the mail on the way to the prospective buyer. The company has also plugged its use in increasing advertising art production; speeding loans by getting quick shots of property; helping contractors support bids, show material damaged on arrival, support insurance claims, and illustrate progress reports. The company has proved its value in preserving pictures of plant processes or problems for later study. Every time they have an idea they push it in the appropriate industry. Now the Land camera is used to back up field reports of adjusters, in shops to develop safety techniques and equipment, by police to get quick shots of kidnapping victims, accidents, finger- and footprints. Polaroid has even tested its value in making photo patterns for shop production. Other companies have used it for identification of material in warehousing areas—when something is stored away; a shot is taken of its location and clipped to the inventory record. One company that sells tires even uses the camera to take pictures of bad tires on cars and send them to the auto owners with a strong sales pitch. Without an ending, this article on motivation will not be considered complete. So we now end this article on a happy note.
